Director of Women's Programming
Margot Doelker, MS, is the Director of Women’s Programming for Pathways For Change. Margot, along with the Honorable Edward P. Nickison III, implemented one of the two Early Childhood Courts in the State of Florida. Margot obtain a grant that has built capacity among area clinicians in the area of Child-Parent Psychotherapy. In recognition of her work with Early Childhood Court, Margot received the following awards of excellence: Child Judge Award of Service (1st Judicial Circuit), The Florida Department of Children and Families Award for Teaming up Change, and the Davis Productivity Award. Margot serves on The Trauma Informed Community Taskforce, The Early Learning Center Vision Council, and The Vision Council of Northwest Florida. Her previous experience includes being a Dependency Court Facilitator for Lakeview Center. She has also served on the Boards of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters and The Arthritis Foundation. Margot is developing women’s programming to include clinical interventions in out patient substance abuse treatment, counseling, education, vocational training, one-on-one mentoring, social enterprise, and housing for women and children.
